Qualifications:
• Educational Requirements:
• B.Sc Degree in Agriculture with a minimum of four years of work experience in project management.
• OR a Post Graduate Degree in Agronomy or a related field with at least one year of work experience in project management.
• Skills Required:
• Proficiency in presentation and communication.
• Strong computer skills.
• Experience working in the Haor area.
• Previous experience with an international research organization is essential.

Salary and Benefits:
• Monthly Salary Range: Rs.94,798 to Rs.1,77,443
