American actor and Hollywood superstar Will Smith has been deeply moved by the teachings of the Holy Quran. Not only has he been impressed, but he has also openly shared his admiration for the Quran after delving into its verses. Having immersed himself in the sacred text, Smith described the Quran as remarkably clear.
During a recent radio interview, Smith expressed his affinity for the Quran, stating, “I appreciate simplicity, and the clarity of the Quran is undeniable. Its message is unequivocal; there’s no opportunity for misinterpretation. The beauty and lucidity of its essence are truly striking.”
Smith revealed that he has also explored the religious texts of Judaism and Christianity. To his surprise, he discovered numerous parallels among the Quran, the Torah, and the Bible. “It was astonishing to see the similarities,” Smith remarked. “I had never grasped the narrative of Abraham as a patriarch and the subsequent divergence with Jesus and Ishmael. However, the resolution of these narratives was profoundly moving.”
Currently, the Hollywood luminary is visiting Saudi Arabia, where he has expressed his fondness for Middle Eastern cultures. “I feel a deep connection, almost as if I belonged here,” he quipped. “It’s a subject that resonates with me.”
